1. Who We Are

AI Resume Pro ("we", "our", "us") operates ai-resume.pro. Contact: privacy@ai-resume.pro.

Name, email, CV content, usage data, and payment information (processed by Stripe). We do not store raw card details.

To provide and improve the service, personalise your experience, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations.

Contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where required. EU/EEA users may withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with sub-processors (OpenAI for AI features, Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage). No data is sold to advertisers.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Anonymised analytics may be kept longer.

You may access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@ai-resume.pro.

We use essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

We use TLS encryption, row-level security (Supabase), and access controls. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of breaches within 72 hours.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
